MODEL #7115 SCALE LENGTH 25½" FITTED VVITH MODULE No. 1
GENERAL SPECIFICATION FOR SHERGOLD GUITARS
Necks. Canadian hard rock maple. Counter
adjustable truss rod for fine setting with any string gauge. Generous camber fretting
with heavy gauge fretwire facilitates execution of fast licks and modern chords. Real
bone ivory nut and bound edges.
Bodies. Kiln dried hardwood selected for stability and grain, finished in either
translucent or solid polyester. Carefully shaped for perfect balance to suit every player.
Pickups. High output HUMBUCKING pickups with individual pole adjustment to control
response from every string. Special covers generating no magnetic eddies, for maximum
harmonic range.
Bridge and Tailpiece. Individual string heights adjustable by six individual saddles.
Harmonics can be corrected by set screws easily accessible from the back of the bridge.
All metal parts are chromium plated.
Masquerader
MODEL #7113 SCALE LENGTH 25½"
MASQUERADOR. Volume and tone controls for two high output pickups giving
1. Fingerboard pickup; both pickups; bridge pickup.
2. Single coil superflux; out of phase; Humbucker on bridge pickup.
3. As 2, fingerboard pickup only. In combination, the pickups give infinite tonal variety.

MODULES FOR THE MODULATOR GUITAR
MODULE 1
Single volume and tone selector switch for the jazz guitarist or for the player who does
not wish to be inconvenienced by too many controls while performing on stage.
MODULE 2. Phasing
Single volume, tone and 2 selector switches. 1 Pickup selector giving one or other pickups
or both on together. Additional 2 position switch which reverses the polarity of one
pickup so that when 2 pickups are used together with the switch in the out position, the
fundamentals of the notes are cancelled, giving the effect of high treble square wave
rotation. Designed particularly for the rock guitarist.
MODULE 3
Volume and tone control for each individual pickup - 2 selector switches. This technique
enables very subtle mixtures of tone and output. Also provided with rhythm and solo switch
with a double purpose of bypassing the passive controls. Passive controls suppress the
harmonics of pickups, so when bypassed the harmonics and output are increased at a
tremendous degree.
MODULE 4. Stereo
Volume and tone for each pickup 2 selector switches. The pickups are channelled to two
separate outputs via a stereo jack socket. By using a stereo lead you have two separate
outputs to two amplifiers enabling different effects on either channel. Also a bypass
switch so that the pickup output goes direct to the amplifier.
MODULE 5. Recording
Volume and tone for each pickup - 3 selector switches. The top switch selects 1, 2 or both
pickups. The second switch selects single coil, out of phase and normal humbucking pickups
in the fingerboard position. The third switch selects single coil, out of phase and normal
humbucker in the bridge position. This module was developed for the guitarist who wishes
to customise his guitar by fitting either humbucking or superflux pickups in different
positions. Just by plugging in the module it will give any combination of pickups you
desire, thus extending the natural tone Distributed in range to a far greater degree.
